Salary: $95,000 - $105,000 - subject to experience.

Howrah Plumbing is looking for skilled and highly motivated, Maintenance Works Coordinator/Estimator to join our team on a full time basis.

About the role:
Estimating works (small commercial/domestic)
Coordinating projects from start to finish
Liaising with Plumbers and contractors to deliver positive outcomes for our clients
Delivering projects on time and on budget
Understanding project finances
Adhering to all Howrah Plumbing's policies and procedures including safety

Skills and experience:
Demonstrated experience in the plumbing maintenance industry




Current Cert III or IV in plumbing
Solid knowledge of plumbing systems, codes, and regulations
Exceptional organisational, time management and leadership skills
Excellent communication skills
Exceptional attention to detail
Proficient in a number of computer software programs
