We are seeking an additional Full Time Administrator who will help support our Service Team at our office located in Loganholme QLD - onsite parking available. This role will be more focused around our Subcontractor base in Recom Electrical Services.
Your Role:
Service Related
Issuing jobs to Contractors & Technicians
Booking jobs with our clients
Confirmation withcustomer regarding service reports
Open service jobs & jobs costings
Arrange for purchase orders from customers & suppliers
WIP maintenance
Preventative maintenance
Quote customers - labour & parts
Arrange for quotes ℴ parts
General Administration
Liaise with accounts receivable/payable & procurement as required
General administration &support; tasks
Your Profile:
High focus on quality & attention to detail
Exceptional verbal & written communication skills
Analytical &Problem; solving skills
Proficiency inMS Office, Word & Excel
Highly Organised with the ability to Prioritise work
Accurate touch type skills
Willingness to work as part of a team with a 'Can Do' attitude
Previous experience in an administrative role is essential - withina service department will be highly regarded
