About you

What you’ll bring
Proven experience delivering digital consulting, business analysis or project delivery services within a software, technology or digital agency setting
Robust stakeholder management and customer engagement skills
Experience gathering requirements, conducting workshops and documenting business solutions
Ability to manage multiple priorities while delivering outcomes within agreed timeframes and budgets
Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical audiences
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Experience working collaboratively with developers, project managers and customer stakeholders
A proactive approach to continuous improvement and career development

Nice to have
Experience with Content Management Systems (CMS) and ecommerce solutions
Experience with API-based integrations
Exposure to ERP platforms, including Pronto Xi
Experience with Pronto Xi Avenue CMS
Digital agency or consulting experience
Experience delivering digital transformation projects
