We're looking for an organised and proactive Greenstock Administrator to join a leading landscaping business in Osborne Park. This is a hands-on role where you'll work closely with nurseries, suppliers and project teams to ensure quality plants are sourced and delivered on time for commercial landscaping projects.

What you'll be doing
Source plants and liaise with nurseries across WA
Negotiate pricing, availability and delivery schedules
Raise purchase orders and reconcile supplier invoices
Coordinate plant deliveries to project sites
Prepare reports,



manage budgets and recommend suitable plant substitutions
Work closely with project managers, site supervisors and suppliers to keep projects running smoothly.

What we're looking for
Horticulture or nursery experience
Strong administration and organisational skills
Excellent communication and relationship-building ability
Commercial mindset with positive attention to detail
Confident using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
Current driver's licence (essential)
Horticultural qualification highly regarded.
