Kirinari Community Services in Lavington NSW is seeking a dedicated Support Worker to join the RISE program. You will train and support people with disabilities to gain mainstream employment through work-based training, building skilled relationships and empowering participants to reach their goals.

The role emphasises person-centred support, collaboration with a team, and adherence to NDIS standards. A background in disability or allied health, plus relevant checks, is preferred.
