BHP is seeking a proactive Smelting Leader for Olympic Dam in South Australia. The role leads safety, performance and daily activities on a 7 day / 7 night, 12‑hour roster, with residential, DIDO or FIFO options.
You will drive protected operations and coordinate with maintenance to meet production targets. Ideally you bring extensive smelting or minerals processing experience, and a proven ability to lead, coach and develop teams in a complex site workplace.
