HCA Youth & Community seeks a Casual Residential Youth Worker to support young people in out-of-home care in North Brisbane and surrounding areas. The role focuses on safety, trust, and reliable daily routines across living, meals, hygiene, school and appointments.
You will work within a trauma-informed framework, coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, and complete required training within three months to ensure high-quality personalised plans and wellbeing support for the youth we serve.
