2+ years in a high-end or fine dining kitchen as Chef De Partie, Demi Chef, Commis Chef
Solid technical skills, robust on prep and service
Confidence working with seasonal produce and modern techniques
Cool under pressure with great communication skills
Available nights and weekends
Full Australian working rights
