EVT is seeking an experienced Food & Beverage Duty Manager to join Lovedale Brewbar at Rydges Hunter Valley. You will lead a agile F&B; team, oversee daily operations, maintain high service standards, and support venue management with rostering, training and stock control in a busy hospitality workplace.

The role requires hands-on leadership, solid communication, and a commitment to guest experience, with flexibility for evenings and weekends in a vibrant wine country setting.
