Riverbar & Kitchen, part of Solotel, is seeking an experienced Chef de Partie to join a high‑performing brigade on Brisbane's waterfront. You will prepare quality ingredients, work across multiple sections, and deliver consistent dishes while maintaining a clean kitchen and HACCP standards.
We are looking for chefs who can confidently run grill or pan sections during busy service, with prior experience in premium casual dining or gastro pubs.
