St John of God Health Care Inc Ballarat Hospital is seeking an Exercise Physiologist to join the Outpatient Rehabilitation Unit and Inpatient areas on a permanent part time basis (19 hours per week, Monday to Friday). You will deliver evidence-based exercise physiology services, assess patients, design and supervise individualized and group programs including gym and hydrotherapy.
You will collaborate with the multidisciplinary team, monitor progress, and ensure accurate documentation.
