About the role

As a HR or HC Driver, you will play a crucial role in our road transport operations, ensuring the safe and productive delivery of goods across the region. This position offers the opportunity to be part of a agile and growing company committed to excellence in the manufacturing, transport and logistics industry.

Key Responsibilities

Safely operating and maintaining refrigerated transport vehicles to deliver goods on time and in perfect condition

Adhering to all relevant road transport regulations and company policies to ensure compliance





Monitoring vehicle performance and conducting regular inspections to identify and address any issues

Assisting with the loading and unloading of goods at pickup and delivery points where required.

Providing exceptional customer service and maintaining positive relationships with clients

Collaborating with the broader transport and logistics team to ensure seamless operations

To be successful in this role you’ll have:

Valid HR, or HC Licence

Minimum 1 years’ experience in Road Transport (Refrigerated Transport experience high regarded)

Ability to provide a current traffic report

Ability to operate a heavy vehicle in a professional & secure manner

A punctual, reliable and courteous approach to all tasks

Ability to pass a medical examination, including drug and alcohol testing

A willingness to learn and be trained on electronic equipment, such as tablets, for reporting and monitoring driving hours
