Pats Italian and Mt Buller Fish & Chippery are icon establishments situated in the heart of Mt Buller village. We are well known for our a la carte dining, pizzas, pasta, seafood and exceptional customer service.

The role

This is a hands-on role in our fish and chippery and requires the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high pressure setting.



We work in collaboration with our Italian counterpart next door. We maintain high standards of food safety, allergen awareness and kitchen compliance.

The opening hours of the fish and chippery is 10am to 5pm daily.

What you need

Strong stock control

Experience in cooking Italian, Australian and seafood cuisine

Skilled approach and good time management

Ability to work under pressure at a fast-paced

Experience in a high-volume restaurant setting preferred
