The Hills Club is seeking an experienced Duty Manager to lead from the front, support their team and create an outstanding experience for members. This permanent full time role features afternoon/evening rosters from 4:00pm to 2:00am, including weekends, with one rostered weekend off each month.
You will oversee daily operations across gaming, bar, food service and member experience, coaching staff and resolving issues to ensure smooth Friday nights and beyond.
