What we are looking for
Minimum 2 years' experience as a Chef De Partie or Demi for the main kitchen or Pastry Commis/Demi
Solid knowledge of food, produce, and kitchen operations




Clear communication and excellent organisational skills
A team player who thrives under pressure
Full Australian working rights
Availability for nights and weekends
