Wellbeing Services Senior Officer - Minjilang NT (Croker Island)

Located on the beautiful Croker Island - One-hour flight from Darwin (You are required to live on the Island)

This is a unique chance to live and work in beautiful Minjilang, a small island township on Croker Island just a short flight from Darwin, where sea country, strong culture and community spirit shape everyday life.

We're seeking a dynamic leader to manage our Wellbeing teams and coordinate vital programs in the vibrant community of Minjilang.

/n

What you'll do:

/n

Lead teams in Sport and Recreation, Creche, Night Patrol, Community Care, and Broadcasting

/n
Develop and implement engaging community initiatives

/n
Provide administrative support and ensure timely reporting

/n/n

What you'll need:

/n

/n
Diploma in Business or Community Services or 2 years of demonstrable experience

/n
Solid leadership and communication skills

/n




Cultural awareness and appreciation of remote Indigenous communities

/n
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and information technology

/n
Current NT Driver's License and Ochre Card (or ability to obtain)
