With a reputation as a reliable one-stop shop, they cater to residential, commercial, and industrial building needs across Greater Sydney.

Role:

As aCustomerService Specialist , you will be thefirst point of contact for all customerinteractions—both inbound and outbound. You’ll be responsible for maintaining a high level ofaccuracy and attention to detail ,



particularly when processing orders through internal systems. In addition, you will build and maintain robust relationships withsuppliers and stakeholders to ensure smooth and productive operations. Your role will also involvebooking deliveries ,checking stock levels , and supporting a range ofend-to-end administrative tasks , all as part of a team-oriented,customer-focused team .
