Job Description

The Salvation Army in Bendigo, Victoria is seeking an AOD Senior Support Worker to lead on-shift practice, coordinate daily residential operations, and support a team of AOD Support Workers. You will respond to crises, manage handovers, and maintain a secure, recovery‐focused workplace across shifts.

Reporting to the Program Manager, this permanent full‐time on‐site role requires qualifications in AOD and related fields, leadership experience, and a current Victorian Driver's Licence.
