Rubix Support is seeking a proactive People & Culture Officer to join on a part time basis, providing maternity leave cover for 3 days per week. The role spans recruitment, onboarding, HRIS management, employee support and administration within a busy team.
You’ll work with managers and staff to ensure smooth people processes from recruitment through to employment, maintaining compliance and a positive employee experience.
