About the role

An exciting opportunity for an experienced and customer focused Assistant Store Manager to join a globally recognised apparel brand at its high performing Birkenhead Point location.

Reporting into the Store Manager, this is an ideal opportunity for a motivated retail leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about people, product, and performance.

Key Responsibilities
KPIs focused on Conversion and UPT.
Leading from the front to deliver an exceptional customer experience and styling advice
Coaching, developing, and inspiring team members to maximise performance
Supporting roster management to optimise productivity and customer service
Monitoring daily, weekly, and monthly store performance metrics
Maintaining visual merchandising standards in line with global brand guidelines
Managing inventory, stock control, and loss prevention initiatives
Supporting all operational and administrative functions of the store

Experience:
Previous experience as an Assistant Store Manager, Department Manager, or Senior Supervisor within fashion, apparel, footwear,



or lifestyle retail
A proven track record of delivering solid sales results and achieving KPIs
Demonstrated experience leading, coaching, and developing retail teams
Strong commercial acumen and an ability to analyse performance data
Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills
A hands-on leadership style with a passion for customer service
High levels of organisation, accountability, and attention to detail
