About the Role

We’re on the lookout for Christmas casual team members to join us at Skechers across our stores at Canberra Outlet, Tuggeranong and Belconnen!

If you're friendly, driven, and ready to deliver a standout customer experience, we want you on our team.

You’ll be the face of the brand — welcoming customers, helping them find their perfect pair, and keeping the store looking outstanding.

Key Responsibilities
Provide exceptional customer service that keeps people coming back
Meet sales goals and support team KPIs
Maintain visual merchandising and store presentation to brand standards
Assist with stock unpacking, replenishment, and organisation
Work well in a rapid-paced, team-focused environment
Bring energy, reliability, and a can-do attitude to every shift

What You’ll Bring
A genuine passion for customer service and retail
Great communication skills and a team-first mindset




Full availability from October 2026 to mid-January 2027 – especially weekends, late nights, Black Friday, Boxing Day, New Year’s Eve and Current Year’s Day
Previous retail or customer-facing experience (preferred but not essential)
