Job Description

We are looking for a friendly, reliable and passionate team member to join our retail pet supplies store in Dandenong. This role is Casual or Part time including weekdays and Saturday.

You will be responsible for delivering great customer service, recommending products, maintaining store presentation, and supporting daily retail operations across our store.

/n

If you love working with people and have retail experience we'd love to hear from you! Hands-on experience in a pet store workplace is a plus, but not required. Retail / customer service experience preferred.

Key Responsibilities

Greet customers and provide valuable customer service

Assisting customers with pet care and product recommendations

/n
Maintain store presentation, cleanliness, and merchandising standards

/n
Restock shelves, unpack deliveries,



and rotate stock

/n
Supporting day-to-day store operations

About you

/n

/n
Great customer service and communication skills

/n
Responsible, Reliable, hardworking and able to work in a team

/n
Physically capable of lifting bags up to 25kg

/n
Proactive, warm and approachable

/n
Retail or customer service experience is highly regarded (particularly experience in a Pet Supplies Store)
