We're looking for a Recruitment and Onboarding Lead to own one of the most critical functions in our People & Capability team, and build it into a genuine competitive advantage for M2P, that the business relies on and respects.

This is a real leadership role. You won't just manage a recruitment process; you'll set the strategy, develop the team,



design and improve the systems and processes that allow us to move at the speed the business demands to mobilise a high volume of blue and white-collar personnel, and make sure we're never the reason a project is delayed.
