LS Kitchen Pty Ltd, trading as Mooink Premium BBQ, is a well-established Korean BBQ restaurant located in 178 turton street Sunnybank, Queensland 4110. We are seeking an experienced and motivated Full-Time Chef to join our professional kitchen team.

/n

This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about Korean cuisine, thrives in a fast-paced commercial kitchen, and is committed to delivering high-quality food and excellent kitchen standards.

Key Responsibilities

/n

/n
Prepare, season and cook a variety of Korean dishes to a consistently high standard.

/n
Plan and organise daily food preparation and kitchen operations.

/n
Maintain food quality, portion control and presentation standards.

/n
Monitor stock levels and assist with ordering and inventory management.

/n
Ensure compliance with Australian food safety and hygiene regulations.

/n
Assist with menu planning and the development of new dishes.

/n
Supervise and train junior kitchen staff where required.

/n




Maintain a clean, organised and efficient kitchen environment.

/n
Work effectively during busy lunch and dinner service periods.

Essential Requirements

/n

/n
Certificate IV in Commercial Cookery (or equivalent qualification), or at least three years of relevant commercial cookery experience.

/n
Minimum two years of experience as a Chef in a commercial kitchen.

/n
Experience with Korean cuisine is highly desirable.

/n
Strong organisational and time management skills.

/n
Ability to work efficiently under pressure.

/n
Excellent teamwork and communication skills.

/n
Sound knowledge of food safety and HACCP principles.

/n
Availability to work weekends, evenings and public holidays.
