Business Development Manager

Team Global Express is a leading logistics and transportation company. We are currently looking for a dynamic and driven Business Development Manager to join our team in Banksmeadow, New South Wales. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, maintaining and cultivating relationships with existing customers, and developing strategies to increase sales and profitability.

Responsibilities
Identify and pursue new business opportunities to enhance company revenue
Build and maintain solid relationships with key clients and stakeholders
Develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans
Conduct market research to understand industry trends and competitor activities
Collaborate with other departments to ensure client satisfaction and operational efficiency
Prepare and deliver compelling proposals and presentations to potential clients




Monitor and report on sales performance metrics to management

Requirements
Proven experience in business development or sales within the logistics and transport sector
Strong understanding of sales principles and customer relationship management
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong organizational and time management skills

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
A minimum of 5 years of experience in business development or sales
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
