Job Description

Sharon Bennie, on behalf of our NSW client, seeks a dedicated customer service qualified to assist purchasers after contracts are exchanged. Based at a Lake Macquarie display suite with the sales team, you will handle contract, settlement and construction inquiries and manage the customer journey.

You will coordinate updates, inspections and handovers, help resolve defects, and liaise with solicitors, brokers and buyers. A background in real estate customer service is essential.
