We are seeking a highly organised and detail oriented Fleet Maintenance Administrator to join our team.

/n

This is an exciting prospect for an experienced administrator to play a key role in supporting our fleet maintenance operations across Queensland.

/n

Working closely with managers, supervisors, and operational teams, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate fleet records, coordinating maintenance administration, supporting compliance requirements, and ensuring the productive day to day operation of our Fleet Management system.

/n

This roles offers flexibility in both working hours and location.

/n

In this role, you will:

Manage the day to day administration of the Fleet Management system, including Work Orders and Purchase Orders.

/n
Maintain fleet compliance documentation and records.

/n




Manage electronic asset folders within Share Point.

/n
Ensure fleet records are accurate, organised, and up to date.

/n/n

To be successful in this role, you will have:

/n

/n
Previous experience in administration, fleet administration, or maintenance administration.

/n
Strong organisational and time management skills.

/n
Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy.

/n
Experience working with fleet or maintenance management systems (desirable).

/n
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Outlook, and Share Point.

/n
The ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities.

/n
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
