The Ridge at Maleny is a quick growing resort located 12kms from the iconic hinterland town of Maleny, 24km from Beerwah & Woodford. We offer high end, fully self-contained, 1, 2 and 3 bedroom luxury cabins and pride ourselves on exceeding guest expectations.

The property also offers a serene environment for hosting retreats and conferences in its fully equipped 200m2 Function Centre.

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Housekeeping Supervisor to help lead our housekeeping team and maintain the high standards our guests expect.

/n

The role will include, but is not limited to:

/n

Supervise and work alongside the housekeeping team (including solo cleaning)

/n

Complete cabin checks prior to guest arrivals to ensure they meet our high-quality standards

/n

Pack housekeeping baskets and restock cleaners' supply caddies

/n

Communicating with management, guests and cleaners

/n

Train,



motivate and support housekeeping team

/n

The successful applicant:

Has outstanding attention to detail and a passion for delivering high quality guest experiences

/n

Organised and reliable

/n

Positive and approachable, and easy to communicate with

/n

Able to work well under pressure

/n

Hands-on and willing to work alongside your team

/n

Have your own reliable transport and ABN

/n

Available to work Friday to Sunday each week and Public Holidays, additional cleaning days also available.
