Job Description

Waymark Hotels in Mackay region seeks a Duty Manager to lead daily hospitality operations across bar, restaurant and accommodation. You will mentor staff, drive service excellence, handle guest inquiries, and manage schedules and budgets.

The role requires licensing compliance (RMLV, Approved Manager's License, RSA, RSG, CLO) and a proactive approach to safety and regulatory standards. Evening, weekend and holiday availability is expected.
