About the Role

As a Food and Beverage Supervisor, you will play a key role in ensuring exceptional service delivery across all dining operations. You'll oversee daily restaurant and bar activities, mentor team members, and drive operational excellence, all while creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere for our guests.

This is a hands‐on leadership position, ideal for someone who is passionate, accountable, and committed to upholding our core values of Passion, Accountability, Integrity, and Respect.

Key Responsibilities

/n
Lead and supervise F&B; operations to deliver outstanding service across the restaurant, bar, and event spaces.

/n
Support the Food & Beverage Manager in achieving financial targets through accurate recording of sales, stock control, and efficient rostering.

/n




Implement and monitor upselling and service initiatives that drive guest satisfaction and revenue.

/n
Ensure compliance with RSA standards and uphold workplace health & safety procedures.

/n
Maintain an inviting, functional, and clean setting in both front and back‐of‐house areas.

/n
Train and support new team members, providing ongoing coaching and feedback.

/n

What We're Looking For

Previous experience in a similar F&B; leadership or supervisory role.

/n
A hands‐on leader who thrives in a quick‐paced, guest‐focused workplace.

/n
Strong communication and organisational skills.

/n
Knowledge of WHS practices, RSA compliance, and POS systems.

/n
A collaborative team player with a positive attitude and a passion for hospitality.
