About the Role

As a Leading Hand, you will:

Lead and work alongside a small team of painters

/n
Deliver high-quality painting projects across commercial, residential, and current home construction

/n




Maintain excellent workmanship and attention to detail

/n
Ensure jobs are completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard

/n/n

What We're Looking For

/n

/n
Qualified or highly experienced painter

/n
Previous Leading Hand or supervisory experience is preferred

/n
Robust work ethic and reliable attendance

/n
Excellent attention to detail

/n
Current manual driver's licence (essential)

/n
White Card (preferred)

/n
Ability to work independently and as part of a team

/n/n
