Job Description

The Hospital Research Foundation Group is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our Parkinson's team as a Parkinson's Nurse Specialist. This 0.6 FTE role provides autonomous, specialist clinical care, case management and education within a community setting for people living with Parkinson's and related movement disorders.

Reporting to the Nurse and Healthline Lead, you will deliver advanced nursing care, coordinate referrals, advocate for clients, and contribute to service improvement
