Transport for NSW is seeking an Operations Manager to lead the day-to-day OSOM escort operations within the REZ Escort Operations Management Team. The role involves coordinating high-risk on-road escorting to ensure compliant and reliable services, embedding secure work systems, and driving continuous improvement across a dispersed workforce in regional NSW.

The position can be based in Sydney, Newcastle or Wagga with expected night shifts, regional travel, and a adaptable hybrid work arrangement.
