Catholic Education NT is seeking a passionate and experienced Catholic Educational Leader to help shape the future of our schools as School Improvement Partner, a pivotal role at the heart of our strategic direction, working alongside principals to lift school quality, strengthen leadership and drive lasting improvement across our system.
About Us
CENT includes a network of 18 schools in the Northern Territory (five colleges, seven primary schools, one versatile learning centre and five remote schools), Early Learning Centres and the Catholic Education head office (CEO) located in Berrimah.
The Role
Through the delegated authority of the Director, the School Improvement Partner (SCIP) works in partnership with school leaders to deliver improved school quality and performance. The SCIP supports principals with strategic direction, complex leadership challenges, and the wellbeing of school leaders while helping build robust leadership teams, improve student outcomes, promote Catholic Identity and Mission,



and uphold safeguarding and governance standards.

Essential Criteria
We're looking for a highly experienced educator who brings solid leadership and a genuine commitment to Catholic education. You'll ideally have:

A demonstrated commitment to the vision and mission of Catholic Education, with an understanding of contemporary issues in the Catholic Church, and regular participation in a Catholic Eucharistic Community.
