The exciting Head Cook prospect

/n

/n
Manage kitchen operations in a full time permanent role working Monday – Friday, 9am – 5pm

/n
Lead, direct and mentor a Cook and team of Kitchen Hands

/n
Consult with Dietitians and Speech Pathologists to implement menus that align with residents' needs and choices

/n
Cook and present appetising and nutritious food

/n
Manage costs, effectively control stock and identify efficiencies to meet budget

/n
Encourage and address feedback to achieve continuous improvements

/n/n

About you

/n

/n
Proven track record as a Cook or Chef in residential aged care with a Certificate IV in Commercial Cookery (or higher)

/n
Experienced and hands on leader who is passionate about mentoring staff to achieve a culture of teamwork and success

/n
Superb communication, interpersonal and customer service skills, and views feedback as an prospect to improve

/n
NDIS Worker Screening Check and Influenza vaccination (or willing to obtain)

/n
Unlimited working rights in Australia
