About the Role:

As a Registered Nurse, you will play a key role in providing high-quality person-centered clinical care to all residents within this medium/large sized care service.
/n
Working collaboratively with your leadership team & other clinical team members you will ensure each resident feels included in daily decisions of their care & Lifestyle needs, ensure quality standards are met & maintained & support with accurate completion of all relevant documentation.

Main Duties

Provide high quality clinical care to residents
/n
Review, update & accurate completion of resident documentation
/n
Ensure a protected home workplace for all residents
/n
Support with funding (AN-ACC)
assessments & documentation
/n
Mentor, training & leadership of care team members
/n

Skills & Requirements:

AHPRA RN registration with Australian aged care experience
/n
Understanding of aged care standards & quality indicators

Robust verbal and written communication skills

Understanding or willingness to learn AN-ACC funding system
