Garden City Plastics is Australia's premier manufacturer and distributor of pots, containers and allied products, dedicated to meeting the diverse needs of the horticultural industry. The NSW branch is seeking a HR truck driver / Warehouse store person to join a well-established team based in Somersby.

The role is a Monday to Friday full time permanent position driving a 14 pallet Tautliner truck into the Sydney Metro, Central Coast and Newcastle areas with some general warehouse duties.

The ideal applicant will show initiative, honesty, reliability and an ability to work with in a small team environment. An HR truck licence and LF Forklift licence are essential.

Scope of Works:

/n

Local Sydney, Central Coast and Newcastle Deliveries in a HR Tautliner truck

/n

Loading and unloading, mostly full pallets with some manual hand unloading. Averaging 5 to 10 deliveries per day.

Some warehouse picking and packing and general warehouse duties

/n

Operating an electric forklift LF licence required

/n

What we are looking for:

/n

Valid HR Truck Licence

/n

Experience driving a manual truck

/n

Previous experience with Panatracker preferred

/n

Previous Warehouse experience

/n

Strong attention to detail and ability to work safely and accurately

/n

Solid work ethic and reliability

/n

Physically fit and comfortable to lift up to 25kgs

/n

Permanent role Monday to Friday

/n

38 hours with overtime available

/n
