Job Description

Healthcare Link Trust seeks a Disability Support Worker with complex care experience to support female participants across the Northern Beaches region.

/n

Role involves 2:1 behavioral support, 1:1 personal care, and daily living tasks in private homes, community settings, and SIL settings. You will work with mobility aids, PEG feeding, and medication plans while promoting dignity and independence.
