Contracts Administrator or Senior Contracts Administrator

Our client is lokoing for a detail-driven Contracts Administrator and Senior Contracts Administrator to join their delivery team.

Key Responsibilities
Manage subcontract agreements, variations, progress claims, and formal correspondence.
Prepare tender packages, scopes of work, and expressions of interest.
Evaluate subcontractor quotes, review scopes, and write tender recommendations.
Assess and process subcontractor claims, variations, and payment schedules.
Draft, issue, and execute subcontract agreements and purchase orders.




Track project spend against the budget and help the Senior CA/PM with monthly cost reporting and forecasting.
Assist with head contract administration and commercial risk management.
Maintain robust relationships with all project stakeholders.

Experience Required
Degree in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management, or similar.
Proven experience as a Contracts Administrator or Senior Contracts Administrator.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Full Australian working rights.
