Job Description

Lyra Technology Group, a private equity-backed holding company, seeks a Level 2 IT Support Engineer for ONGC in Arundel, Gold Coast. You will deliver advanced Level 2 support across desktop, server, network and cloud, owning incidents from diagnosis to resolution and improving services.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in MSP or similar IT workplace, solid knowledge of Microsoft 365, Azure, AD, Exchange Online and Windows Server, plus experience with Connect Wise PSA/RMM and networking basics.
