Due to continued growth, they’re looking to appoint an experienced Business Development Manager to drive new business across Sydney.

This is a true hunter role focused on identifying, pursuing and securing new business across Sydney.

Success in this role comes from proactively creating opportunities, developing a robust pipeline and converting new business into long-term client partnerships.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute a strategic business development plan.
Identify and secure new opportunities.
Prospect through networking, referrals, cold outreach and targeted business development.
Conduct meetings, site inspections and solution presentations.
Negotiate contracts and close current business opportunities.

You’ll be someone who genuinely enjoys opening doors, building relationships and winning new business.

A proven track record in B2B enterprise business development is a must.
Strong prospecting and current business generation skills.
Excellent commercial acumen and negotiation ability.
