Green by Nature is looking for a motivated and reliable Brushcutting / Mowing Team Member to join our team maintaining roadside vegetation across the Redlands region.

What You'll Be Doing

/n

/n
Operating brush cutters and mowing equipment safely and efficiently.

/n
Maintaining roadside vegetation, grass, and open spaces to a high standard.

/n
Completing daily pre-start checks and basic equipment maintenance.

/n
Completing scheduled maintenance and service requests.

/n
Following secure work practices and contributing to our strong safety culture.

/n
Working collaboratively with your team while also being able to work independently.

/n/n

What We're Looking For

/n

/n
Previous experience with brushcutting, roadside maintenance, or lawn maintenance.

/n
Experience operating commercial brush cutters (highly regarded).

/n
Current Manual Driver Licence.

/n
Construction White Card.

/n
A strong work ethic and a commitment to quality.

/n
Reliability, punctuality, and a positive attitude.

/n
The ability to work outdoors in a variety of weather conditions.

/n
The ability to work safely both independently and as part of a team.
