We're looking for a career focussed Sous Chef to join our rapid growing kitchen team.

The Heritage is a family-owned, recently renovated Northern Illawarra icon, and we've made big improvements to our food offering over the past 12 months. Now we're ready to take it further.

Our focus: elevated pub food done properly. Hearty, flavour-driven dishes, plus a rotating line-up of fresh, exciting specials.

We're open 7 days (lunch & dinner), catering to everyone from tradies and locals to families and functions - with solid demand to grow our events offering.

The Role

Work hand in hand with our experienced and well credentialed Head Chef in an established kitchen team

/n
Maintain and drive service standards and manage the kitchen in the Chefs absence

Liaise with suppliers on produce quality

/n
Oversee cleanliness standards during and after trade

/n
Help grow kitchen trade and function offering

You

Sous Chef or robust CDP ready to step up

/n
Confident in your communication and technical skills

/n
Experienced in kitchen operations

/n
Passionate about quality pub food (done better)

/n
Organised, reliable, and a hands-on leader

/n
Brings ideas and energy to the role
