Production Superintendent
FPSO | Equatorial Guinea

We are seeking an experienced Production Superintendent to join an offshore FPSO operation in Equatorial Guinea on a rotational basis.

This is a leadership role responsible for the safe, reliable and productive operation of production, process and utility systems, while driving operational excellence, compliance and team performance.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and supervise offshore production operations onboard the FPSO.
Ensure compliance with HSE policies, Permit to Work (PTW) systems and risk management processes.
Manage and develop production teams, promoting a strong safety culture and operational discipline.
Oversee production efficiency, uptime and process optimization initiatives.
Coordinate with maintenance and technical teams to ensure secure and effective execution of work scopes.
Support emergency response activities and incident investigations as required.

Requirements




Extensive offshore oil & gas experience with FPSO operations.
Previous experience as a Production Superintendent or senior production leadership role.
Solid knowledge of hydrocarbon processing systems, utilities, DCS and ESD systems.
Proven experience managing PTW, isolations, risk assessments and operational safety systems.
Demonstrated leadership, team management and mentoring skills.
Fluent English communication skills.
