About the role

Gemelli Italian Broadbeach is looking for an Assistant Restaurant Manager to join our team. You will work closely with the Restaurant manager and executive team to ensure a smooth operation. This position is a rare prospect and only serious candidates will be considered.

Duties

Work closely with Restaurant managers to ensure smooth operations

/n

Lead and train the team of hospitality professionals to deliver exceptional service

/n

Managing and coordinating all events and functions

/n

Handling guests requests in a genuine and skilled manner

/n

Ensure the profitable and secure operation of the restaurant

/n

Skills & Experience

/n





Proven experience in a similar Assistant Manager role for no less than 2 years

/n

Full working rights in Australia

/n

A calm and professional approach to their job

/n

Incredible attention to detail and organisation skills

/n

Staff and customer service focused

/n

Restaurant industry experience is essential for this Assistant Manager position.

Candidates must have full Australian work rights to be eligible.
