About the role:

Full-time fixed term position to September 2027, located in Wollongong NSW

Base annual rate $106,595 to $112,988 negotiable based on experience and qualifications

12% super plus access to generous NFP salary packaging options

As Coordinator, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful delivery of community services across multiple programs within the Uniting Communities Directorate.

Leading with both heart and professionalism, you'll support and develop your team, oversee service delivery, drive program outcomes, and build strong partnerships with internal and external stakeholders. You'll operate with a high level of autonomy while contributing to a culture of continuous improvement, innovation and excellence.
