Job Description

Your Own Way Australia Ltd is seeking a compassionate, organised Support Coordinator/Recovery Coach to join our NSW team. You will manage a caseload of NDIS participants, coordinate services and advocate for clients to exercise choice and control.

With trauma-informed practice and solid communication, you will build partnerships with families and providers, monitor budgets, and ensure documentation meets NDIS standards.
