About the Company:

We're currently partnering with a well-established organisation within the Aged Care industry, based in Melbourne's Eastern Suburbs. With a supportive and team-oriented team culture, they are looking for an experienced Payroll Officer to join their team on a permanent basis.

About the Role:

Utilising your payroll knowledge, you will be responsible for:

· Processing end-to-end payroll cycles in a timely and accurate manner
· Processing payroll using Dayforce
· Processing leave calculations including annual, personal and parental leave
· Responding to employee payroll queries
· Liaising with internal stakeholders and third-party providers




· Maintaining accurate employee and payroll records
· Assisting with payroll reconciliations and reporting
· Ensuring payroll is processed in line with relevant legislation and requirements

Skills and Experience:

· 2+ years' experience in a similar end-to-end payroll role
· Previous Dayforce payroll experience is essential
· Experience processing high-volume payroll
· Robust attention to detail and accuracy
· Ability to work independently and meet tight payroll deadlines
· Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
· Previous experience within Aged Care, Healthcare or a similar setting would be advantageous
