SAE Energy is a well-established and rapid-growing company specialising in Level 1 Essential Energy, Ergon & Energex overhead and underground reticulation. SAE Energy has had year on year growth with a number of successful projects won recently.

Due to continued growth, we are seeking a motivated and highly skilled excavator operator who is also willing to assist as a labourer from time to time. Energex core work rates apply - hourly rate $50+

About the role

/n

/n
Operating machinery – excavator & skid steer (must have experience in trenching with an excavator & operating machinery around live services)

/n
Conduit installation

/n
Truck driving duties from time to time

/n
Assistance with the installation of HV & LV cabling

/n
Assist with installation of pillars and pits

/n/n

Skills and experience

/n

/n




Experience and qualifications with civil equipment is a must (Excavator/Skid Steer)

/n
Experience in excavating (trenching) and working around live services

/n
Experience and knowledge of civil electrical works

/n
Maintaining high safety standards and driving a culture of safety excellence

/n
Happy to work as a labourer when duties do not include operating plant

/n
Energex cams & Essential Energy safety rules accredited will be highly regarded

/n
Motivated, results focused, problem solver.
