Are you a passionate Early Childhood Educator looking for flexible, casual work where you can truly make a difference?
Village Early Education Eureka is seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Cert III and Diploma qualified educators to join our vibrant team in a casual capacity.

Key Responsibilities
Support the delivery of engaging, play-based and age-appropriate learning experiences, aligned with each room's established programs, routines, and the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF).
Foster a warm, inclusive, and nurturing environment that encourages positive interactions and meaningful relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
Observe, document, and reflect on children's learning and development, using these insights to support and adapt educational experiences.




Work collaboratively with the team to ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of the centre, contributing to a positive, respectful, and supportive workplace culture.
Maintain a safe, clean, and well‐organised learning environment, ensuring all practices align with health, safety, and regulatory requirements.
Key Qualifications & Experience
Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or equivalent).
Working with Children Check and First Aid Certification (or willingness to obtain).
Previous experience in an early childhood education setting is preferred.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team and contribute to a positive work environment.
Passion for early childhood education and a genuine interest in supporting the development of young children.
